You contact us when an issue arises, we assess the situation, coordinate the required intervention, and manage the logistics on your behalf. We supervise access, monitor progress, and provide clear updates, allowing you to resolve maintenance matters quickly and with minimal disruption. Our fee structure is simple and transparent. Instead of a fixed monthly charge, we apply a commission only to approved works: 15% on approved jobs up to £1,000 10% on approved jobs over £1,000 This service offers a flexible, cost-effective solution for property owners who want professional maintenance oversight, clear cost control, and peace of mind — without full-time management.
