Where we arrange or coordinate third-party contractors, suppliers, or consultants:

• they remain responsible for the works they perform

• warranties/guarantees (if any) are provided by them, not by us

• we act in an advisory/coordination/supervisory capacity as agreed in writing

6. Fees and payments

Fees and any commission structures (where applicable) will be set out in writing before works proceed. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Late payments may result in pausing services until accounts are brought up to date.

7. Cancellations

If you cancel an instructed service after we have commenced work (including arranging access, attending site, or commissioning third parties), you may be charged for time incurred and any non-recoverable third-party costs.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profit, loss of rent, or loss of opportunity)

• our total liability in connection with any services will be limited as set out in the relevant written agreement (or, if none, limited to the fees paid for the relevant service), except where liability cannot be excluded by law

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
